Douglas Lister
Founder
Douglas has been active in the UK property market for over 30 years, completing a wide range of successful residential developments, he has also undertaken various mixed use developments and portfolio work-outs. Previously a director of Yoo the Philippe Starck-owned international residential developer, Douglas also founded Consolidated Equity plc in 2004, a business that provided equity to property developers / traders on a joint venture basis and was co-founder of Epsilon Real Estate Partners in 2010, a platform providing Development Management services to institutional and private clients.
Richard Hatter
Founder
Richard is highly experienced in mixed-use planning and development across London and major regional cities. Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and his professional career at Richard Ellis (Now CBRE). He has also been a director for Trafalgar House Developments Ltd. and Fletcher King PLC. With direct experience in corporate acquisitions and restructuring, and having led or participated in over £500m of transactions, Richard has the expertise and market knowledge to work on a wide range of complex projects. Richard co-founded Consolidated Equity with Douglas in 2004 and Epsilon in 2010.
Peter Shasha
With a career spanning 20 years in property development and investment. Peter specialises in office development, asset management and refurbishment projects. Peter has worked on projects in central London his whole career, building up unrivalled knowledge of the capital and it’s sub-markets – and the design and planning opportunities they represent. Peter has worked at Trafalgar House Developments and Nelson Bakewell, with expertise in valuation, tenant demand, and occupier requirements.
Charles Wotherspoon
Charles is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and has previously worked at Cushman and Wakefield and Artelia Group. Charles has multi-sector experience and has acted as Project Monitor on numerous high-profile developments for major institutional investors and banks.
