LIC is willing to contribute up to 100% of the required equity. Promoters will be invited to co-invest but are not be obliged to. Senior debt will usually be raised for each project and deals will be considered that produce a blend of the following minimum returns at project level:
Profit on cost
IRR on equity
Equity Multiple of
Typical timeframe
Deals requiring a minimum contribution of £2m are preferred.
Each deal will be considered on its own merits and therefore return structures and profit sharing will vary.
