Long Island Capital provides equity for property deals. The company is unique in that it will offer up to 100% of the required equity for an approved project.
We are not sector or location specific but are deal led and opportunistic. We look for compelling opportunities from experienced promoters, whether it be a development or refurbishment project, a planning deal, repositioning of investment property or general value add opportunities.
The founders are long established veterans of the UK property market, each having operated as a principal and primary advisor for more than 30 years and will therefore provide applicants with a swift response from an experienced principal’s perspective. We expect applicants to have carried out the necessary initial due diligence when presenting an opportunity and preferably to have indicative bank terms for senior debt.
LIC will act as a silent partner but can provide advice and assistance to the promoter throughout the deal, mitigating the risk and potentially enhancing returns.
